Welcome to iedit.ai. To ensure a smooth, efficient, and successful project, please read our operating terms below. By starting a project with us, you agree to these guidelines.

1. Getting Started

• Agreement: A formal agreement must be signed (either digitally or physically) before we begin any work.
• Advance Payment: We require an advance payment prior to starting your project.
• Domain Name: Please choose and purchase your clear domain name before contacting us to build your website.
• Transparency: All documents, assets, and project requirements you provide must be fully accurate and transparent.

2. Timelines & Client Responsibilities

• Providing Information: To keep your project moving quickly, we ask that you share all required information, text, and images as soon as possible.
• Delays: Every project is assigned a strict day-based timeline. If you delay providing the necessary materials or approvals, the timeline will be extended, and additional charges will apply.

3. Revisions & Extra Features

• Corrections: We include a maximum of 3 to 4 rounds of corrections per project. Requesting more than this will affect the delivery date and result in extra fees.
• Advanced Features: Requests for automated website functions or complex features outside the original agreement will incur additional charges.

4. Communication

• Scheduled Calls: To maintain our workflow and deliver your project on time, all calls must be scheduled in advance with at least 5 to 10 hours' notice.
• Instant Calls: We kindly request no instant or unannounced calls.

5. Support & Maintenance

• Support Period: We offer a total of 6 months of post-launch support for your project.
• Free vs. Paid Support: The first 3 months of support are provided completely free. Standard charges will apply for the remaining 3 months.

6. Ownership & Legal

• Copyright: You guarantee that you own the rights to all text, images, and logos you provide to us.
• Project Ownership: iedit.ai retains ownership of the website design and code until the final invoice is paid in full. Once paid, full ownership transfers to you.
• Cancellations: If you choose to cancel or abandon the project after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable to cover the time already invested by our team.

7. Technical Details

• Hosting & Extras: You are responsible for any ongoing hosting fees, premium plugins, or paid stock images unless they are specifically included in our initial quote.
• Device Compatibility: Your website will be fully optimized to work smoothly on all modern web browsers and standard mobile devices.
